I got a couple of these as baby shower gift. Tried them on my daughter before bedtime as she hated nappy changes in the middle of the night. Must say, no leaks what so ever. But these are good only for cold weather. The material is too thick and can make your baby sweat or worse, develop rashes. We also used these when taking her outside for a few hours. It gave me peace of mind that these would hold the leaks and I wouldn't have to run to a parents room to change her. She has now outgrown them and I have passed it on to a friend. We were gifted one of these Puckababy Anti-leak Bodysuits when our son was a couple of months old. It did the job at not letting the nappy leak through his clothes amd bed sheets. However we found that when we used it our son started to get nappy rash as there is no airflow and the moisture is trapped between the skin and the plastic part of the bodysuit. For this reason we decided not use it and just do regular bappy changes through out the night until he wasn't weeing as often over night. Definitely not an essiential item in my opinion.
