My first Bub got smashed her first proper winter so I tried using qiara kids after loving the pregnancy and breastfeeding one to help prevent her from being sick the whole time and I found it to be really helpful with her hardly getting a cold. It is pricey as is all qiara products which is the only barrier otherwise great product.

We used for our bub through infancy. Now using Qiara Kids for our pre schooler who has had antibiotics and has respiratory issues. Seems the research supports all the intestinal health concerns so it’s better than a multi strain cheap chemist alternative. Double sachets when he starts getting a flu or tummy troubles.

My son had colic and antibiotic use in infancy. I This was the strain with research for peak gastrointestinal health and it has helped his digestion, immunity and recovery from illness. I used the Pregnancy Breastfeed product and avoided mastitis - also helping his gut recover. Best brand that is recommended so often!.
