The Spectra S2+ was the first breast pump I used after leaving hospital. It comes with all the accessories you need to get pumping right away. The accessories can all be purchased separately too, incase you lose a part or are replacing due to damage or for hygiene reasons. It it ultra quiet and has an inbuilt night light which was handy when pumping during the night. Although not a hands free pump, because of its powerful suction it doesn't take long to effectively pump. It does need mains power (corded) but I didn't find this to be an inconvenience as I just set my pump up in a comfortable place.
