I bought a couple spares when I was exclusively pumping to make it easier and not have to wash my parts after every session and only had to at night and this worked well. I love how easy it is to clean the flange and they come in different sizes to suit all nipples. I found it a bit uncomfortable at times as it’s hard plastic and not a silicone or soft flange but did the job.

These were super easy to clean as they pull apart and go back together with no issues. I found them to be Comfortable to wear. I ordered extras when I bought my spectra s1+ as I wasn't sure on sizing to start with. Having spares made it easier along this journey

I used a couple of different shields based on size of nipple at different stages along my feeding journey.
Easy to clean and easy to set up to use. If you find it starts to slow down in milk change the white filter bit to a brand new one and your off again getting more milk
