These pregnancy shorts were passed onto me from a friend for my second pregnancy. They are the over the bump style shorts and I've been living (and even sleeping) in them! I got given these when pregnant from my midwife as I had quite bad pelvic pain. They are a bit difficult to get on though. I wore them as much as I could pregnant and they definitely helped with the pain. I still needed physio but they really helped me.

These were one of the top recommended products when I was still pregnant. The mums at my group all suggested that I buy some for my post partum recovery. Pros:
-supportive
-help keep things 'held together' after giving birth
-can be found 2nd hand for a decent price
Cons:
-expensive if bought brand new
-difficult to get on as they are extremely tight
-Non 'breathable' fabric so caused thrush when worn all day every day.

Overall I would recommend as they are comfortable and help you feel like your old self after giving birth. The knee length ones worked for me as I dont like tight clothes around my big thighs
