With my second pregnancy I purchased the SRC pregnancy shorts when I felt symphysis pubis dysfunction creeping on at 30 weeks like it did with my first. These shorts saved me! I was able to be fully functional when wearing them and they really helped with the pain and posture. They kept really well through washing and I even wore them as compressions for after the pregnancy. Super comfortable and they helped so much!

I bought these after phsyio recommendations for dealing with additional pain on a second pregnancy. They are brilliant. I wasnt sure about the below belly band but they were very comfortable and helped maintain exercise despite other complications. Would recommend to anyone, but it helps if you have a physio fit you properly.
