I had two different styles of the SRC shorts, I needed them for some complications during my pregnancy that required compression. These were fantastic - I do say to get sized or size down if you want the full effects. They fit snug and really do wonders if you have any circulatory issues.

I had a C section and I was advised in hospital by couple of midwifes and my physiotherapist to use these shorts. In hospital I used waist bands and after coming home I started using these shorts and in just couple of hours I could feel the difference. They are expensive but definitely worth.

I was advised by my pelvic floor physiotherapist to invest in these during pregancy and I am so glad I did!
They have been my best purchase- worth every dollar. I was easily able to mobilise after my caesarean and felt the difference when I took them off- when not wearing them I had to physically hold my stomach.
At 12 weeks post-partum I am still wearing them. I recommend buying 2 pairs so you always have a set to wear.
