I was hesitant to purchase this chair due to the cost and having many dupes /cheaper alternatives. This chair truly sturdier than competitors and will last multiple children.
I recommend the newborn attachment too which gave bub a safe place to sit whilst young.
It is lower than I expected so measure your table height to ensure that the seat height is appropriate or purchase the tray table.

I really wanted a wooden high chair but it was just a bit frustrating to keep clean because my baby had special needs that prevented me from cleaning it straight away (and thus allowing food to dry onto the wood). I ended up either not using a high chair or using a plastic one for the ease of cleaning, but that's just due to my circumstances

As a parent, I can confidently say that the Stokke Tripp Trapp Chair has been one of the best investments for our home, so much so we now have two! The design is timeless and fits seamlessly within our dining space. The chair has grown with my child, from the newborn to toddler. The ability to customise the height of the seat and footrest is fantastic. My child finds the chair comfortable, and it encourages good posture while eating, which was the most important feature when looking at which highchair to purchase. The chair is durable, and easy to wipe down after messy meals, and the removable cushion options are also machine washable. Although it is on the pricier side compared to other high chairs, the longevity and versatility make it worth the investment.
