I've bought these a few times as maternity pads and also for night time use and they haven't leaked or had any issues. I prefer using organic pads but they are usually too pricey- so I usually settle for Tena. They are pretty thick so I would avoid using them during the day at all costs.

I used these pads as maternity night time pads. They are really affordable and often on sale, so in the lead up to both of my pregnancies I bought packs on sale. I used them in the last couple of weeks of pregnancy, and after a couple of weeks post pregnancy, I started using them again for about a fortnight. No problems. As comfy as these things get.
