We use this temp light in our room when’re our daughters bassinet is.

It was great for ensuring the room was warm enough in winter when she was a newborn and it helped to ensure we didn’t put the heater up too high.

It also works as a nightlight for overnight feeds as well.
The lights on the egg indicate whether the room is too hot-red,
Warmer-orange, good-yellow, too cold-blue.

Super helpful to know what tog rating sleepsack to dress them in. Not only does it display the temp in large numbers that you can quickly glance at and see the temp but the colour of the egg changes within temp ranges. So blue for cold yellow for average and red for hot. It’s good to get a quick indication too.
Because the whole egg lights up you can use it as a nightlight in the room as well, and if you don’t like the light you can turn it off or adjust it to one of the dimmer settings.
