I bought this sleeptime milk for the first time 7 years ago when my 2nd child was born, to help my eldest to go off to sleep so i could focus on getting bubs to bed. She loved it, loves the taste and loved drinking it in bed while reading to help her go off to sleep. She is now 10 and still loves it!
