I really really dislike this monitor. The functions on the parent control never hold their settings. The camera sometimes picks up sound…sometimes doesn’t, despite settings on to always pick up sound.

From the moment we bought it, it just didn’t function how it was intended too. We were given a second one under warranty as they stated it was faulty… but the second one does the same thing!

Parental control doesn’t hold charge. The cameras speaker makes it sound like demonic calls when you try to talk through it.

I have loved this monitor so much. We still have it and use it daily 3 years on. It has plenty enough features and a great price point. No wifi required so we could always take it away I with us wherever we went! After about 2.5 years the battery life does deteriorate, will only last about 30-40 mins off the charger cable but it is still works great for us. We got ours for about $140 so shop around

For what it offered and it was all around a great baby monitor, high quality live feed, sound adjustment and showed current room temperature of the room baby was in. The only downside I experienced was that after 7 months of use it would only work if it was constantly connected to the charger. By 2 years it would not turn on again. It is good for what it offers but has poor battery life.
