This is a really lovely massage oil for gentle perineum stretching. I began using this from 37 weeks, and believe it helped the birthing process. It has a beautiful scent and includes a few really great oils. It’s non-greasy and glides on, with a little going a long way. It lasts for ages and is worth every cent. Definitely recommend to anyone who’d like to give perineum massage a go, or for anyone just looking for a great massage oil in general :)

I used this from around 34 weeks to assist with perineal massaging. It makes it a much more comfortable process with no irritation from the oil. A lot also goes a long way so have only needed the one bottle. I would highly recommend and suggest it to all my pregnant friends.

I used the Weleda Perineum Massage Oil from 34 weeks to perform perineal massage as per the recommendation from my physio. A little goes a long way with this oil and despite using it for several weeks the bottle is still nearly full. I would have preferred to purchase a smaller bottle at a lower price point. But I will use this oil as a body oil especially as it is certified natural and free from synthetic ingredients. I was pleased that I had no sensitivity to this oil and the aroma is pleasant.
