Like most pouch food, these are a great buy. Very affordable ($1 a pouch) and I like that there's no added sugar. I bought the strawberry custard one as a 'healthy treat' for the kids. They're not overly sweet, but aren't a bad substitute for a healthier type of dessert. I didn't mind it myself! Not suitable for little ones with milk allergies unfortunately.
