This pillow is great. I purchased and tried other brands for my second bubs and realized the Brest Friend still suited me best. For this organic cotton version though, I was expecting it to be smoother in texture and it would have been better if it came with a waterproof layer.

The breastfeeding pillow comes in good use to support the babies weight and help with positioning.
It has an easy adjust waist band that clips around you for back support. The pouch can be handy to pop your phone in or a dummy. One thing I would pick on is the fabric. It would be better if it had a water Proof layer to protect the foam, as breastmilk tends to leak. So I lay a towel over the pillow to avoid the cover and foam becoming soiled
