In fact, according to recent research, 78% of parents would consider giving their child a festive baby name.
“OnBuy found that almost 8 in 10 (78%) would consider giving their child a festive name, with only 22% wanting something non-seasonal,” they said.
“Of those wanting a festive name, a whopping 94% believe that giving their child a name with festive connotations would make people around them more cheerful.”
But what is a festive baby name, exactly?
Well, the company, which trawled through thousands of baby names and surveyed almost 6000 parents, has put together a list of the top festive names – and there are a few surprises.
