Pros

Parents in the Tell Me Baby community say Cubo Ai Plus Smart baby monitor gives them so much peace of mind. They especially love the roll-over and face cover alerts. The sleep reports are also really handy, “so I can quickly check awake windows without having to try and remember the last time she was in bed,” said one mum in her review.

Others say the night vision is so good they find themselves using it while sleeping in the same room because they can see bub better.

Cons

Cubo Ai Plus Smart Baby Monitor doesn’t come with a monitor and it won’t work without wi-fi.

One parent said, “there’s only one angle i.e. you can’t change or rotate the view.”

Another reviewer said: “My only complaint is that when the white noise is on the cry alerts cannot be used. This is super annoying as I have to have the app open on a spare phone at all times.”

Example review

“The cubo is hands down the best monitor we have used. It is cute to look at and has so many features which have given me so much peace of mind. The roll-over and face cover alerts in the earlier days of baby being swaddled and transition suit helped so much. The cry alerts are awesome when you move bub to their own room so you can respond. It also has nightly sleep analytics, white noise, lullabies, night light, and camera access via an app which is so much handier than having to hold an extra monitor screen. Really cannot recommend it enough, well worth the price!”

Pros

Reviewers say they love being able to see their baby remotely on the Owlet Cam, especially for the parents who are back at work. Other reviewers say the video quality is very clear.

Cons

A couple of reviewers say the app can be a bit slow.

“The app lags, sometimes will stop showing video footage of you went into another app then came back and to fix you have to close and go back in then it loads for ages before showing video again,” said one parent.

Additionally, this baby monitor will only work over wifi.

Example review

“We use the outlet monitor and sock every single night without fail we can’t fault it at all I love that I can lay in bed while Bubs in the other room and I can watch her and see what she’s doing, see if she’s awake without having to get up. my partner likes being able to see Bub whilst he’s at work which is good.”
