This was a great option for use across different toilets as we travelled however would say it was more of a travel accessory then an in home product. My son had no issue using it in the home however my daughter became very anxious using it with the slight movement when she would sit on it independently. I therefore ended up having to place her on to it and over time we ceased using it because it became more of a pain then help.
