I have tried many nappy creams and this Burt’s Bees one is up there with the best. I am very conscious of not putting any nasty or harsh chemicals on my babies and this one is all natural. It works very well on nappy rash or just if the area is looking a little red. I would seriously just buy this for the smell - it’s divine!

I was concerned about using harsh chemicals on my son's soft skin, so decided to try this, having already used the lip balm myself. It smells divine and is a lovely smooth, creamy, velvety texture. It provided instant relief to my son's nappy rash and I found that one tube lasted a long time, over a month. A lovely product, have tried other Burt products as a result.
