We only discovered Desitin for our second baby and wish we had known about it sooner. It goes on so thick and provides so much better coverage and protection than any other nappy cream we have used, and we must have tried them all! Hands down recommend it for preventing nappy rash and also if you are treating nappy rash it’s the perfect barrier cream to layer over other nappy treatment creams, such as anti fungal creams etc.

I heard reviews that it helps with canida kind of nappy rash. I’ve been using for 3 days and it hasn’t improved the rash. I’ll be switching back to sudo cream which is a lot better. I’ll continue to use that as a barrier only cream when rash clears up.

This ointment also had a terrible smell. Not a fan. 3 stars for me

I used this cream when my boys had really bad nappy rash to the point their bottoms were opened and bleeding. Nothing I had tried on it had worked, and I felt like I tried everything. Then I found this! I can't rave any higher of this product. It quickly relieved my sons bottom and helped to heal up the nappy rash that was causing all the issues. I always make sure to keep a tube at home now for just in case and recently recommended to my sister for use on my niece as well when she was having issues.
