I think this DHA vitamin is vital for pregnant mummas who don’t eat fish like me. I struggle to eat a large amount of meat, let alone fish twice a week. However, I want to benefit of DHA for my baby, so their eyes and brain can develop optimally. I love that it is derived from algae so it is a pregnancy-safe DHA with no risk of mercury damage to baby. I take it every night with my prenatal vitamin (also Elevit) and experience no nausea or after taste.
