I-Folic was recommended by my GP which is why I began using the product. Small easy to swallow tablet that has no taste and therefore was easy to take when I had morning sickness. I have no complaints with the product itself, other than that it made me extremely unwell and I had to stop taking it. This was only due to it disagreeing with my stomach, not an actual fault with the product itself. Would recommend unless you have a sensitive stomach, then perhaps look for an alternative.

A GP recommended I take a combined folic acid and iodine supplement when I became pregnant the first time. I'm so glad I was told about it because while many mothers know it's important to take folic acid for healthy spine development, it's not widely known that boosting iodine is really important for baby's brain development. This product has the absolute essential two in it and it's been so easy to take during both my first trimesters.

I bought these during my first trimester when I was struggling to take a pregnancy multivitamin. They are so much easier to take than the giant multivitamins when you feel sick. They are so small and it's only one tablet a day. There is also no after taste with them.
I will keep taking them sometimes, even though I'm not feeling sick anymore, because they're a great tablet for just iodine and folate.
