A GP recommended I take a combined folic acid and iodine supplement when I became pregnant the first time. I'm so glad I was told about it because while many mothers know it's important to take folic acid for healthy spine development, it's not widely known that boosting iodine is really important for baby's brain development. This product has the absolute essential two in it and it's been so easy to take during both my first trimesters.

I bought these during my first trimester when I was struggling to take a pregnancy multivitamin. They are so much easier to take than the giant multivitamins when you feel sick. They are so small and it's only one tablet a day. There is also no after taste with them.
I will keep taking them sometimes, even though I'm not feeling sick anymore, because they're a great tablet for just iodine and folate.

I was recommended by my GP to take i-folic during my pregnancy, and although I am unsure of the exact benefits, I felt well throughout my pregnancy and had no issues with sickness or fatigue. I would recommend to take the i-folic in combination with multi vitamins, as recommended by your GP
