I got these supplements because I was in elevit but I suffered so badly with morning sickness tgat was 24 hour sickness so I decided to get these tablets aswell to support my pregnancy because I was vomiting all the time. I just wanted to add some more nutrients to my body for bubs. It helped me alot.

This is a great product that I began taking s soon as I knew that I was pregnant. It gave me that little bit of an extra boost when I was feeling little bit tired. It also seemed to help with constipation which was an added bonus. The only negative were that they were hard to find as not all chemists stock them.

Ethical Nutrients is a brand I know and have used before so when my doctor advised me to start taking this I didn't have a problem. I did find that when I first started taking them I felt bloated and a little constipated, but that all went within the first week. I had to buy them at the chemist as I couldn't get them in the supermarket and as I had to take 2 a day they worked out a little expensive with other supplements I was on at the same time. I did feel good when I was taking them so I guess they helped with my tiredness at the time.
