I first purchased these wipes from a baby show. The customer service this company offer is amongst the best I have come across. I loved that they are biodegradable and natural. They have good strength, softness and wetness levels. I do wish that these were available in more stores as the additional shipping cost on an already expensive product adds up, however I make sure I stock up when there is a sale.
