My midwife recommended I pack some of these in my hospital bag and keep them in the fridge for emergencies. And sore nipples are an emergency! These instantly calmed the searing pain and sped up recovery time so we could continue our breastfeeding journey. You so need to wipe your nipples clean before feeding baby.
