We use a lot of the Medela products and are very happy with them all. We prefer the wide teat as our son has a better latch with it. It’s made from a good material and is easy to clean. It doesn’t have any little crevices that milk can get stuck in.

Also it has helped my bub with colic issue as she sucks less Air due to it's design

Only dowside is cleaning of nipple but that can be done by purchasing a smaller brush.

The wider base is great for bubs with a bigger latch or if Bub needs a faster flow.

The teat is thicker than the slow flow, so tend to last a bit longer, not wearing out as fast.

The shape is great for BF babes but also works for bottle fed too, as they grow and need a faster flow.

They also work across medela’s big and small bottles.

The teat can go cloudy in appearance after a while, but a quick soak in water with a hint of vinegar and they are back to new.
