When introducing food to my son I was very aware of exposing as many flavours as possible. I found it difficult buying and preparing multiple veggies and fruits and this made it easy to introduce apricot out of season. I have found fruit out of season are either not available or are very expensive, using this method I could experiment with flavours in a much affordable way. It is also great to add to oats for more of a BLW of food introduction.

My son absolutely loves their food I have tried him on almost every brand but this brand is the only brand of food where he will eat a whole satchet and still want more. I mix this particular one with his rice cereal and it is a hit! Never any spit up and the smile of his face tells me it’s great!

I mix these in with porridge or weetbix to give it some more flavour and my son loves this one. The combination of the two fruits go really well together. I buy a few when they have a special deal which makes them a bit cheaper. These also go down really easily when he is sick and not wanting to eat anything else.
