Omg! What a find! I had this recommended to me by my sister when I was complaining about how difficult it was to trim my newborn’s tiny, soft, bendy nails. I had a small pair of scissors as well as baby clippers, but I still didn’t feel confident with nails so small. When I got this, I was blown away at how easy it made things. It works so well and honestly took all of the stress out of nail trimming for me. It is soft, gentle and unable to harm your little one. It has an automatic pressure stopper that makes it virtually impossible to hurt their skin ye effectively files down the nail, leaving them short and blunt. It takes no time at all and is very quiet, making it easy to do while bub is sleeping which is even better! Highly recommend this product - especially for newborns.

For the traumatised parent who has snippet off a bit of their child's finger, this is a great alternative.

However it does take some learning. Otherwise you will end up with razor sharp/jaggy nails.

It is also super time consuming. So I find myself having to shave my bub's fingers when they are asleep. I have everyday to make sure they aren't too long. But I personally found it not worth the times for the toe nails and I reverted back to nail clippers for those.

Great product for trimming baby nails which grow at a super inhuman rate. The trimmer is nice and quiet when turned on and so gentle on baby's hands. It's basically impossible to hurt them with it.

Only downside is it's not great for super long nails, best used frequently so that the nails don't grow out too much. And it can be hard to get trim the edges of the nail with it, will clear away the middle the best.
