These have been the best baby shower gift to me. I didn't know how to use it when I first received it. After giving birth, my nipples were sore and I felt discomfort after breastfeeding my baby. These hydrogel discs are the absolute most for first time mums. I will definitely recommend.

I’ve got 3 children and have breast fed each time & I absolutely swear by these for those first few weeks. These are absolutely amazing to put on those red, sore, cut nipples. I got so much relief from these and they healed my nipples, each time, super quick. Great that they can be purchased at most supermarkets & chemists. Absolute must have for breast feeding.

These discs saved my nipples particularly during the first few weeks of breastfeeding. As a first time mum and breastfeeder, I can say they helped to soothe the pain and discomfort that comes with the difficult initial stage of breastfeeding. Just make sure to wash after use before each nursing but discs can be left on for hours.
