I found these to be a very helpful teat. Our breastfed son took to them immediately. They do not spill, and unlike normal teats, they cannot be sucked inwards thus creating a continuous flow. It is extra useful for mixing up formula or just easier for bub to drink from.

I got the newer version of the closer to nature teats with easy vent. They are softer than the older ones. Bub still likes them. No issues transitioning from breastfeeding to bottle feeding or vice versa as I do mixed feeding. Sometimes, I notice that my baby seems confused at the start but after a few sucks, she will be alright with it.

I brought these vari flow teats to replace the 1 flow teats I was using. These teats are very flexible and having the wide base means my daughter gets a good latch and accepted these teats from a young age. I purchased the vari flow as I found bottle feeding was taking too long and my daughter was always falling asleep on the bottle. It took a while for her to get used to the flow- first few bottles ending up with milk leaking out but she eventually learnt to drink to suit the flow.
