We got this in our Tommee Tippee starter kit. When we use this it does keep our daughters' milk warm for a maximum of 2 hours. I have found that it only fits Tommee Tippee bottles, maybe some other brands with short bottles, but I have not had a chance to test this out. I do like that it has a velcro top to connect to the pram for easy access.

This thermal bag is so useful for keeping bottles or hot water insulated and contents warm ready to go at short notice. Easily fits in baby bag and the Velcro strap means you can tie to the bag for easy access. We did spill milk in one and found it a bit difficult to clean and the smell out other than that would recommend

I got this as part of a starter kit. It keeps the bottle well insulated, making sure it's not spoiled (I use expressed breastmilk in bottles so want it to stay good if out and about). The handle is a convenient way to carry this and the zip around the top makes sure that there is no heat gain/loss to the bottle inside as it is completely sealed. I do find this to be expensive and probably wouldn't have bought it individually as I don't use it often, however it works as described and has been useful the couple of times I've needed it.
