It’s great tea, personally I liked the taste as well. Weleda is a trusted brand so you can definitely drink that without any worries. I did have a great milk supply without those helps so I’m not quite sure if this tea was working well but regardless I enjoyed the taste of it.

I am a tea drinker normally and I love the taste of the Weleda Nursing Tea. There is no bitter aftertaste like some herbal teas. The box comes with 20 individually wrapped tea bags. I have only been having 1 cup a day (the box recommends 3) due to the price and I am using it in conjunction with other milk supply products. I love that the tea is organic and sugar free and its a lovely little moment in my day to have a nice relaxing cuppa. Not all pharmacies stock this product but I found it at my local priceline pharmacy.

I loved this tea while breastfeeding my first baby. A friend gifted it to me and I began drinking it right after birth. My baby was in special care so we had delayed breastfeeding - I was on the pump days before my baby got to nurse from me so I needed every little bit of help I could get.
It’s certainly no miracle cure, but I did feel that the tea supported my lactation. Most importantly, it was very comforting to drink while sitting by my baby each day in hospital. I continued using it at home when I struggled with supply. In combination with lactation cookies, it would help to slightly increase my milk. I still needed to pump and ended up taking motilium, but it was worth using this natural tea initially.
Maybe it works, maybe it doesn’t, but it certainly didn’t do me any harm.
