I suffered from extreme leg cramps mainly in my calf when I was pregnant which started of a night time but then started happening during the day time aswell. The chemist suggested these to me to give them a go and I noticed a big improvement in my cramps. They happened much less often.

I suffered extremely bad night leg cramps throughout both pregnancies and they were especially bad during my second pregnancy. I seen the doctor about it and he recommended that I start taking this product. So glad he did because it worked so well and whilst taking it my leg cramps completely stopped. I highly recommend it
