I got these as part of the Madela breastfeeding starter kit and used them in the hospital after my milk first came in. There's a lot of plastic packaging to them which I didn't like due to their lack of sustainability. Also it makes it hard to get to them especially when you're in a hurry. They stick to your bra so they won't slip but they do run quite large and didn't conform to my breast the way I would have liked

These are soft and comfortable however I found them much bulkier than other brands and less discreet. They are also a higher price point. I personally didn’t have a strong let down so preferred to use the reusable pads instead. I also found that the adhesive would become unsticky after a few hours.

Medela Disposable nursing pads are handy to have during the early days of breastfeeding when things are rather inconsistent and some support or security is what you need as a mum.
The nursing pads are costly, but offer high absorbance and two sticky pads to stick to your bra or clothing. They are individually wrapped, soft, cushiony and have a crease to cup your breast unlike some other brands that have flat pads.
