We purchased this thermometer first. It’s a handy little tool to have on hand for fevers for the whole family. It’s easy to use and easy to read.

Ours didn’t have a very long battery life. After only a few months it stopped working so we upgraded to another brand.

These are very affordable and easily accessible - most chemists stock them.

As much as this product does give an accurate reading, it is quite slow measuring the temperature and this can be distressing for little ones to be made to hold still, especially when they do have a fever and already uncomfortable. This product is better suited to older, more patient children.
