I had never heard of the BIO ISLAND brand before, but as my older children were very fussy eaters, I had to occasionally supplement that with vitamin, but honestly, nothing beats the real thing! (Vegetables, milk and fruits). But as long as they got something in them that helped them grow, I was happy! They don't smell the greatest and very unappealing to children, but they have them none the less. I even found that I was able to use them, especially while pregnant they were great! They are a bit on the pricey side, but for the amount, and the fact that I have four children who take them, plus myself on occasion, they are well worth it!
