I chose this vitamin based on affordability at the time. I had terrible morning sickness and couldn’t stand the taste, but when using a tasty drink to wash it down, it wasn’t as bad, and once the morning sickness had gone, I had no problems with the taste. I like that it’s also a breastfeeding vitamin as well, as there were plenty leftover from pregnancy for me to take in postpartum. These are available at woolworths and would frequently go on special

Perfect pregnancy multivitamin to take before, during and after pregnancy. I found this multivitamin the only one that didn’t make me feel nauseous when I took it. It is also coated vanilla which makes it really enjoyable to take and I found I had not issues with reflux.

I felt like it kept my energy levels up and I had a sense of relief that Bub and I were getting enough vitamins and minerals as I had severe food aversions.

It’s also one of the better priced pregnancy vitamins on the markets.

Used these all throughout pregnancy and found them to be helpful! I didn’t mind the taste (reminds me of something vanilla) but if you have struggles with smells and tastes maybe not for you! I don’t notice a huge difference during breast feeding so have changed to a different supplement to increase supply
