Perfect pregnancy multivitamin to take before, during and after pregnancy. I found this multivitamin the only one that didn’t make me feel nauseous when I took it. It is also coated vanilla which makes it really enjoyable to take and I found I had not issues with reflux.

I felt like it kept my energy levels up and I had a sense of relief that Bub and I were getting enough vitamins and minerals as I had severe food aversions.

It’s also one of the better priced pregnancy vitamins on the markets.

Used these all throughout pregnancy and found them to be helpful! I didn’t mind the taste (reminds me of something vanilla) but if you have struggles with smells and tastes maybe not for you! I don’t notice a huge difference during breast feeding so have changed to a different supplement to increase supply

I would not recommend this product for anyone experiencing morning sickness or food aversions… the smell opening the bottle was disgusting and instantly made me gag. I failed to keep these vitamins down despite eating both before and after. I have since tried an alternative product and didn’t have the same issues.
