I find the product is average. It's good, kind of does the job for slight nappy area issues but for severe nappy rash, is ineffective. I definitely wouldn't buy this if baby has bad nappy rash. But it is gentle on the skin and good for little issues like mild redness and if baby's skin is a bit irritated.

I tried the Ego QV Baby Barrier Cream as I recently switched to their Baby Wash. My little one has sensitive skin and if she gets nappy rash it can flare up quickly. I found this cream to be more of a moisturiser consistency and not the thickness you would expect with a nappy cream. My little one had redness from using it as I don't think it is thick enough to protect the skin in between nappy changes.

My husband and I tend to get the qv barrier cream for free when there is a special at chemist warehouse buy two qv baby products and get a free gift. The product is baby friendly and it does reduce my baby nappy rash. The cream itself last long on the skin and you need to put your hands under water a bit before the cream comes off. Also I like the fact that it mentions the product was developed for the queen Victoria hospital which gives me confidence to use on my baby as it's used in hospital too.
