We use these in our diffuser on a frequent basis they smell nice and seem to work well in creating a relaxed and calm environment. We also use one of the blends in the bath on occasion and it works well we just mix one drop of oil woth a carrier oil of choice and mix through your warm bath water

These are my favourite oil blends for bub! There are so many for all the different occasions and they definitely help! We frequently use the lavender sleepy time blend and just started using the sniffly nose blend. We add a few drops to our Euky Bear Sweet Dreams Sleep Aid and have that running for all of Bubs sleeps.

These are quite pricey, worth the investment though. Keep an eye out for sales!

I fell in love with these oil blends! They create a peaceful atmosphere for your bubba. We use the sniffly nose when my son is sick, and it makes a huge difference in his quality of sleep. Our other two favourites are the sleepy time & cuddle calm which we use regularly. Four drops are enough to make the whole room smell nice.
