I don't think this helps bub get a better sleep in general, however I do use it if my bub is sick and it helps clear out some congestion from their nose and smells nice in the room too. Overall I wouldn't buy again, however it's not a bad product.

Hmmmm do i think This actually helps my baby sleep. Very undecided. I don't have a bub that has every slept through the night and she is 18months Old so safe to say I'll try and give everything a go. The only spot for the device is next to my bed with bub in a cot at the end. The smell can upset my sinuses but for her it's worth it if it helps. But as stated im not 100% sure it does.

When our son struggles to sleep we will add this to the vaporiser and it calms him down pretty much instantly. The smell isn’t too strong either. We will usually leave it going until morning when he gets up. It definitely works to help them sleep. Such a great product.
