I took this when I was pregnant because I had low iron. It is easy to take, doesn’t have an over powering taste and is very gentle on the stomach. Unlike tablets with this one being a liquid I didn’t have any issues with constipation. It is easy to use and isn’t very expensive.

We found when using this our child’s energy levels shot thru the roof! To the point she wouldn’t stop! But she also started having trouble sleeping because she had to much energy, i gave It a try and it boosted my energy up so it’s a good product but if your child bounces off the walls because of it, it’s not so good
