We actually recieved a Flo Sinus Care as a trial product from our local pharmacy when they first came out.
At the time I was extremely conjested with a head cold.
I would say although the feeling of using it is not pleasant it is amazing how much relief it provides. What it got out was both disgusting and impressive. There was an noticeable difference not only in my breathing but also in my voice.
Due to this we didn't hesitate to get a second one.
We also have recommended it to many family and friends who have also purchased one.

I'm disappointed I didn't find out about this product years ago! It works so well. A definite essential to have in the cupboard. It is simple to use and keeps your sinuses clear for hours. I haven't yet used it on my son as he is a bit too young still but looking forward to the day we can.

Have used this when kids have had a flu, they would get irritation from it but their nose cleared up after a couple of uses, my cousin recommend me this product and I haven't had any problems with it, the only thing I would change it the price and the sachets increase would help parents.
