I bought this for my daughter for toilet training as she was anxious at the size of the toilet seat. She can put it on and remove it herself and it is easy for her to sit on. It's so much easier than using a potty and having to empty and wash it frequently through out the day.

My children aren't a fan of these for every day use, but we do use these whenever we are out and about to give my children the confidence to sit on adult toilets' if there is no other option. So even though it isn't a super effective tool, it is great for travel or just being downtown.

We always keep this portable toilet seat handy in the car, in case to use for visits at the grandparents, public toilets or holidays - so my young kids would use it to sit on the toilet by themselves and not worry they’re ‘falling’ in the adult toilet. It’s relatively cheap to buy, sturdy enough and doesn’t use much space.
