I can't fault the image quality of this camera and the ease of using the app. I like that it offers a private viewing mode (where you must be connected to the wifi it is linked to in order to view the camera's live feed) as we find this feature handy for peace of mind knowing that only members of our family can view the feed when they are actively in our home watching him anyway. The camera is also easy to set up and transport if your planning to travel with it. I do also like that it comes with a wall mount option which is handy once baby discovers the monitor and tries to play with it.

Where the Lollipop lost me though was through a two key functions which we have found frustrating. Firstly, the camera must be connected to the power to be operational as there is no battery option.
Secondly, we have found that the feed regularly has glitches and freezes, across various home wifi connections. As the sound has continued, it appears as if all is well when in fact, baby has moved to an unsafe position (in one instance, baby had rolled face down in their sleep but the camera froze and we were not aware of this). Only closing and re-opening the app seems to reset it so we make sure we do this regularly which is annoying to do.

For the price, it is decent value for money compared to other popular options on the market. We haven't felt the need to purchase any additional subscriptions that it offers as the features it has already are sufficient.

We had a vtech camera beforehand and it was so noisy and glitched often so upgraded to this lollipop. I now have two (one for each child) and absolutely love it. I love that I can talk to my children through the lollipop monitor from my phone, love that it has a history so I can see how my children slept. Love that I can turn off notifications if I prefer to just listen out for my child instead of be notified for every tiny noise.

This is a wi-fi based monitor that goes back to your phone (does not come with a screen).
We love it as myself and my partner can have it on our phone and access it anytime.
It comes with a wall mount, but I have just wrapped the flexible camera arm around the curtain rod, this way I can see the entire cot without attaching to the wall.
Night vision is amazing, sometimes I load the app so I can see if my kids eyes are still open when I’m sitting in his dark room trying to get him to sleep.
We purchased our camera prior to our first bub (now almost 2) and have just bought a 2nd for bubs room. You can have both cameras displayed in your app and keep an eye on both kids at once. We have had no issues with our camera and would definitely recommend to others.
