We have been through many different toothpastes for a child with a bit of an acquired taste. So we decided to give this one a go. I wish I could say it was a winner but unfortunately he was not a fan. I believe this was purely down to the taste of the toothpaste and not anything else

This was the first toothpaste we purchased but found it a struggle as you have to spit it out (it contains fluoride) and kiddo was not capable of spitting out toothpaste yet. She also wasn't keen on the taste. We've since given it another go now that she's older and she loves the taste and the fact that it has the coloured stripes on it. I'd say to wait for this one until your kiddo is around 2.

Once our first child was used to the routine of teeth brushing and her palate change we were able to use this. We tried to when we first started brushing her teeth but the flavour and texture was not something she enjoyed and she would kick and scream. But after about 2 she has been happy to use it and we trust the brand Macleans
