Great thermometer in that it’s extremely non invasive and works quite quickly but I’m not confident that it’s accurate. Found that readings varied substantially at times and body reading vs forehead reading was sometimes very off. Have found we needed to double test with a traditional monitor at times so it made this monitor pointless to be honest. May be better for older children who understand the need to stay still for the readings?

This thermometer is handy in the sense that it is straightforward to use and makes reading temp of squirming baby much easier then the typical thermometers as it takes the reading from the forehead or ear in a non invasive way. However, I’m not confident that if always takes an accurate reading. We supplement with generic tommy tippy thermometer when needed.

This product does not live up to expectation. Although great in theory it doesn't give an accurate reading, you can take the temperature 3 times and get different results, or test different people and get the exact same result. Do yourself a favour and get an underarm or mouth one. It is too unsafe to risk it, knowing a fever can be deadly in newborns.
