We use the outlet monitor and sock every single night without fail we can’t fault it at all I love that I can lay in bed while Bubs in the other room and I can watch her and see what she’s doing, see if she’s awake without having to get up. my partner likes being able to see Bub whilst he’s at work which is good.

Great video quality, but once you go out of the app, when you want to reopen it it takes ages to load, my internet and wifi connection Is amazing, yet this product is always struggling to load, lags a lot, scares you when you look into the cam when you exit the room and still see your legs next to the cot. I had an instance once where the footage playing was actually from a few hours before? weird glitch but it scared me when I looked at it and the cot was empty (bub was just put to bed) the blue blinking light is always flashing which means its searching for WIFI. annoying.

Was really hoping this would be good. We love our owlet sock and this has functions that connect them visually on your phone.
There is like a 5 sec delay of sound and video. There have been a few times that he looks asleep but I'm hearing him crying. The notifications for sound and movement are bugged and often won't go off at all. The app lags, sometimes will stop showing video footage of you went into another app then came back and to fix you have to close and go back in then it loads for ages before showing video again. Ridiculous how often it mucks up. Now, it is solely wifi driven and if you complain to them about your camera they claim it's your wifi. However, I have the best wifi Australia can get. It is well within range of our router and also our wifi hub bit still these problems occur. It's pointless to even use it.
Yes, the video is clear and the app seems modern. Nice to see the owlet sock readings on the screen. I also like the wall mount and look of the camera but definitely doesn't make up for its heavy flaws.
