This nose cleaner is safe in that all its parts cannot come out and fall into bub's nose. We have had some success with it, about half the time. It was easier to clean out than other brands. However, it is like all nose cleaners and is really hard to use. It also makes bub cry, which creates more snot and nasal congestion than there was originally.

We found this nasal aspirator to be ok but not that great. It was a reasonable price compared to others on the market. We noticed it wasn't the best at getting everything out and sometimes could not get anything. It is easy to clean out. Would recommend buying something different.

This aspirator is the best manual one that we have come across. The tube is soft and flexible. It is easy to hold and use, as well as wash. However, the manual ones only work sometimes and we have found the electric aspirators to be far superior, so investigate them as well.
