I got this one by accident but it works for it’s purpose. No bells and whistles, it’s old school. No camera, no monitor but I’ve used it more to talk with hubby in another room than monitor the baby because i bought a camera monitor also. Overall, it’s good for what it is and cost effective!

I thought I would use this much more than I did however have found that I much prefer the video monitor over this. I found that the range was poor and batteries were not lasting very long off the charger therefore always making a beeping sound. Seems to take forever to charge up therefore not useful if wanting to duck outside while Bub is sleeping. I do however like the design which blends into surroundings.

We got this monitor for a number of reasons. Firstly I only wanted a sound monitor, as I knew if I got a video one, I'd be on it all the time. It got reasonable ratings on Choice, and it was able to be purchased at the shops and not online.
For bub #1, it was pretty good. The batteries are pretty poor, and the low battery sound is super annoying. But it did the job of letting us know when bub was up.
We had to purchase a new cord for #2, as the quality of the cord pretty flimsy. We actually didn't use it very much in the beginning, and don't use it at all now that he is loud enough to let us know through doors that he is awake!!
