We bought this monitor for Bub #1 and it was amazing for the first 2 or 3 months but then it started to show some flaws. The volume started to act weird and the connection began to drop out regularly. A quick factory reset saw it work well again for another 2 or 3 months and then the battery in the display unit stopped charging so it needed to be plugged in constantly to work. Customer care were helpful and did talk me through how to reset the unit once again.

For the money we paid for this monitor I would say it did its job but I do feel we could have gotten a better/more reliable monitor for the same price.

The app was amazing and it definitely earned some stars for this product as even when the display unit had stopped we could still use the app as our monitor.
